Haricot Gallery is incredibly excited to unveil its group exhibition, ‘Mutable Terrain’, featuring artists Hetty Douglas, Joseph Aina, and Gina Kuschke.

Curated by Martin Mayorga, this exhibition serves as an exploration of the artists internal landscapes, constantly shifting and evolving alongside the complexities of our ever-changing world. ‘Mutable Terrain’ captures their unique perspectives and emotional journeys as they navigate the relentless pursuit of progress, while acknowledging the presence of pain and uncertainty that permeate our challenging and ever-evolving society.

This exhibition provides a platform for the artists to express their intricate connections to society and its dynamics, delving into the depths of their thoughts and emotions. The artworks showcased in ‘Mutable Terrain’ encapsulate the ongoing journey of self-discovery and adaptation. The abstract pieces that continuously shift and evolve, invite the viewer to ponder the interplay between the artists internal worlds and the external society that shapes and influences them.

‘Mutable Terrain’ serves as a poignant reminder of the profound connections between our inner worlds and the external reality we inhabit, capturing the richness and complexity of the human experience.
